Located in a prime spot, this hotel is conveniently situated between two subway lines, making it easily accessible for exploring the city. Just a few blocks away, guests can hop on the subway and easily navigate their way around. the rooms are small, but well laid out and the white bed linen appeared clean. the newly renovated bathroom was stocked with plenty of high-quality towels and provided abundant hot water.

Some guests have reported issues with the shared bathrooms, describing them as dirty and in need of maintenance.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I would like to say that every one of the staff were extremely polite and eager to help. I really appreciated it. My "standard double" room was a bit small, but it's New York so you shouldn't expect too much for the price. I was pleased to have a clean room and I'd recommend it.

The location of the hotel was definitely a highlight. It was conveniently situated close to two subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. being just a short stroll away from Central Park was a major plus. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was also lovely, with plenty of restaurants, delis, and bars to choose from.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were less than satisfactory. The bathroom was also quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a charming neighborhood on the Upper West Side. Its location in the center of everything allowed me to easily explore all that the city has to offer. The staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding, welcoming me with cheerfulness and providing excellent service throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with comfortable bedding and all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the necessary air conditioning, as well as the cleanliness of the shower.

All was more than I expected, nothing could be improved.

Location The room price

This is my second stay at Park 79. My only complaint is that the hot water in the shower is random. Sometimes there is no water, just a drip, then it returns.

The staff is great,someone is always available and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The location is superb. The subway is 1 block away, lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. Also the great museums are close by.It is a very safe feeling neighborhood, even late at night.

The Park 79 was perfect for us, however, for a large person, the room might feel cramped.
